I have wondered how the tourists order Sushi properly in Japan ? Dose they order well and smoothly ?
Some Sushi bars have English menu but mostly without photos.
I guess at least below 3 information are necessary for them to order well and smoothly.

This perfect menu is created by TOMISUSHI (富寿し) in Niigata prefecture (新潟県).
They also have 5 stores in Singapore !! (in Cappage Terrace, Millenia Walk and so on)
