Especially in Asakusa (浅草), I strongly reccommend this bar, Hinato-Maru (ひなと丸) !
The bar is very conpact, has only standing counter with 9-10 seats.
Wide age guests are gethering here from aged regular guest to young couple.
The chefs are friendly and they enjoy conversation with guests.
The skill of chefs are high.
Speciality of this bar is Tuna (まぐろ、鮪、Maguro). They have various kinds of Tuna like 赤身(Red part), 中トロ(Fatty part), 大トロ(Premioum part), 中落ち(Near born part), 頭肉(Head), 漬け(classic style)...
My reccomendation is 頭肉(Head) !!
You can enjoy other dishes as appetizer with sake.
