Ryo-Tei is the most traditional and expensive Japanese restaurant. Only rich and executive persons can enter Ryo-Tei. In Tokyo, there are some real Ryo-Teiｓs around Akasaka area and Kagurazaka area. Around this kind of Ryo-Tei, many black executive cars with driver are waiting for their bosses.
Most Japanese have never visited there due too it’s price and connection, neither myself...😢 Off course, the tourists from overseas can never enter there...

Speciality of this bar is “Karasumi-Soba” (1,600yen). ”Karasumi” is like “botargo”, which is cake or sausage made from salted fishes’ roe like mullet and tuna. Putting plenty of Karasumi on the delicious soba. Off course, Karasumi flavor is nice, but fresh soba is very very very nice !
Here always crowded, but please try to enter again and again, because they has the reason to do so.
